Words 和 phrases used in these rules 和 regulations shall have the meanings set forth in this article except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning.

自行车: Any device propelled by human power upon which a person can ride. 它可能有一个或多个轮子.

固定: Vehicles or bicycles may be immobilized by the application of a vehicle immobilizer or "boot".

车牌: Plate or tag bearing evidence of official registration 和 permission of a motor vehicle.

车牌 Recognition (LPR) Software: A technology that uses license plate recognition to automatically read license plate characters.

卸货区: An area which has been reserved for exclusive use of vehicles that are loading 和 unloading goods. There is a 20-minute time limit unless otherwise posted.

机动车: All vehicles which are self-propelled requiring state license, 包括, 但不限于, 汽车, 卡车, 摩托车, 汽车摩托车, 等.

轻便摩托车及踏板车: Vehicles with 49cc or less engine displacement are required to display a permit. They must be parking in areas designated for scooters.

违规通知: A citation issued by an officer of the 大学 for a violation of 正规赌博十大平台排行 停车 Rules 和 Regulations which is disposed of by the Department of 停车 和 移动服务 in accordance with 大学 policies set forth in this document. A citation does not need to be issued at the time of the infraction. It can be issued at a later date, 包括 being mailed to you. Once a violation is placed upon a vehicle it is considered delivered. A citation removed by a person or lost in weather is still considered delivered 和 valid.

公园/停车: Leaving a motor vehicle whether occupied or not, with or without the engine running.

常违反法规者: A person who repeatedly violates parking rules 和 regulations. 常违反法规者 behavior is grounds for denial of service, immobilization 和/or towing.

特别活动泊车: A requirement for parking that arises from a recurring or non-recurring scheduled event. Special event parking must be coordinated with 停车 Services two business days in advance to avoid conflicts.

学生: All persons enrolled for at least one hour of credit 和 not classified as faculty or staff as defined in section above.
